Roles we typically hire for
Our hiring needs follow our project work, so the roles below describe the skills we typically look for rather than guaranteed openings.
Flutter and Mobile Developers
Experience building and releasing cross-platform apps with Flutter and Dart, with an eye for performance and a polished user experience.
.NET and C# Developers
Back-end and enterprise development with C# and .NET, including APIs, integrations and, ideally, .NET MAUI or Xamarin experience.
PHP / Laravel and Python / Django Developers
Building secure, well-structured web applications, with solid database design and JavaScript skills.
QA Testers
Designing positive and negative test cases, writing clear defect reports and, ideally, contributing to automated test suites.
Cloud and DevOps Engineers
Working with Azure or AWS, infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines to make deployments reliable and repeatable.

The work
What your work will involve
Every project at Adriel Corp moves through six phases: Conceptual, Structuring, Prototyping, Development, Testing and Deployment. Depending on your role, you will contribute to several of them, and you will see how decisions made early in a project shape the quality of the final product.
Design before you build
Take part in system analysis and prototyping, where structures and technologies are tested and potential issues are discovered before full development begins.
Build and test in one loop
Develop frontend and backend features as sub-tasks, each one tested before it is considered complete, with unit tests protecting the logic.
Improve existing systems
Help clients modernise legacy code through careful refactoring, adding tests first so that every change can be proven safe.
Ship with confidence
Contribute to deployments on Azure, AWS, client infrastructure and the app stores once solutions have passed QA.
